WOV Travels respects the privacy of its Clients and believes that each of its Client who books or looks for any services offered by WOV Travels or in this website www.holidaysandbeyond.in (the site), has the right to be informed about the privacy policy that is followed by WOV Travels
The idea of this policy is to educate the ‘Users’ as to what personal information is being captured by us and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to ‘Personal Information’ collected from Users of our services on our Site, in telephone or e-mail communications.
It should be further noted that WOV Travels will not (i) collect Personal Information of the Users without their knowledge and permission; (ii) knowingly disclose the Personal Information of any User to third parties, except as provided herein. WOV Travels may also needs to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect WOV Travels against liability and permit WOV Travels to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that Holidays and beyond may sustain; or if WOV Travels believes in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it. The Personal Information will be stored in secured locations, and on servers controlled by WOV Travels.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
WOV Travels reserves the right to change this policy should WOV Travels deems it advisable to do so. If WOV Travels makes any material changes that will affect personal information it has already collected from the Users, WOV Travels will make reasonable efforts to notify the respective User of the changes
